Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snaplyn ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Golex, accessible at axikora.me/golex and its associated pages.
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of Golex — including its web application, communities, projects, messaging, calls, or Golex Pro subscription — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, Golex Pro subscribers, and any other person who interacts with Golex in any capacity.
Eligibility
Golex is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Under 13: You may not create an account or use Golex. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.
- Ages 13–17: You may use Golex only with the consent and ongoing supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for your use of the platform and compliance with these Terms.
- 18 and older: You may use Golex independently and are solely responsible for your account and all activity under it.
By using Golex, you also represent that you are not barred from receiving services under the laws of your country or region, and that you have not been previously suspended or removed from Golex for violations of these Terms.
Account Registration & Security
To access most features of Golex, you must register for an account. Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth (via email/password or supported OAuth providers). Golex does not store your password directly.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
- Choose a username that does not impersonate any other person or entity, and does not violate any third-party rights.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account with others.
- Notify us immediately at support@axikora.me if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
Each person may maintain only one active Golex account. Creating duplicate or sockpuppet accounts — especially to evade a ban or mute — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent removal of all associated accounts.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Golex is a platform built for collaboration and community. You agree to use it in a lawful, respectful, and constructive manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Harassing, threatening, bullying, stalking, or intimidating other users.
- Sending unsolicited mass messages or spam to other users.
- Doxxing — sharing another user's private or personally identifiable information without their consent.
- Creating content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or violence against any individual or group.
- Posting, sharing, or transmitting content that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of any third party (copyright, trademark, patents, trade secrets).
- Defaming, libelling, or making false statements of fact about any person or entity.
- Promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including fraud, phishing, or money laundering.
- Attempting to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or tamper with Golex's Firebase Security Rules, authentication, or any other security mechanism.
- Manipulating your
isProorproExpiryfields directly — these are admin-only or payment-gated fields that cannot be written by regular users under any circumstances. - Artificially inflating your points balance through database manipulation, API exploitation, scripts, or any means other than legitimate in-app activity — points increments are validated and capped server-side.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access Golex in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Attempting to access another user's private data, including their block list, notifications, or payment information.
- Artificially inflating your points, leaderboard rank, or community metrics.
- Impersonating Golex staff, admins, or any other user.
User Content & Intellectual Property
Golex allows you to create and share content including profile information, community posts and replies, project details, work ads, polls, build log entries, messages, and sketch board drawings (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of the User Content you create.
By submitting User Content to Golex, you grant Snaplyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to store, display, transmit, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Golex platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others (e.g., community posts viewed by members).
By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to post the content.
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
All elements of Golex that are not User Content — including the application design, interface, branding, logo, code, Nova AI system, and all associated technology — are the exclusive property of Snaplyn and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of Golex without our prior written consent.
Communities & Projects
Golex provides community spaces and collaborative project environments. Participation in these features is subject to the following rules in addition to the general conduct standards in Section 04.
- Community posts, replies, and polls must be relevant to the community topic and comply with these Terms.
- Upvoting and "Best Answer" features must be used genuinely; coordinated manipulation of these metrics is prohibited.
- Notifications sent to community members (e.g.,
comm_new_post,comm_reply,comm_upvote) are generated automatically and may not be triggered artificially. - Community owners and moderators are responsible for ensuring their community content complies with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove communities that repeatedly host violating content.
- Project owners control membership and task assignments. By joining a project, you agree to engage in good faith with other project members.
- Join requests and task notifications are part of Golex's collaboration system and must not be used to spam other users.
- Project owners may not use work ads or project join flows to collect personal information from applicants beyond what is necessary for the project.
- Golex is not a party to any agreement or collaboration formed between users through Projects. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from project collaboration.
Work ads allow project owners to recruit collaborators. By posting a work ad, you agree that the role and requirements described are accurate, and that you will not discriminate against applicants on any protected basis. Golex is not responsible for work ad outcomes, disputes between owners and applicants, or any losses arising from collaborations formed through the platform.
Messaging, Calls & Sketch Boards
Golex includes direct messaging (DMs), audio/video calling, and real-time collaborative sketch boards. The following rules apply to these features.
- DMs are private between the sender and recipient. Golex does not read your private messages except where required by law or to investigate reported violations.
- You may not use DMs to send spam, phishing links, unsolicited commercial content, or to harass other users.
- Users you have blocked cannot send you messages. Your block list is private and enforced at the database level.
- Calls are facilitated via WebRTC and are end-to-end encrypted using the browser's DTLS/SRTP standards. Golex does not record your calls.
- You must obtain the consent of all participants before recording a call using any third-party tool. Golex is not responsible for any recording made outside the platform.
- Calls may be 1-on-1 between users or group calls tied to a project. Access is enforced by Firebase Security Rules — only authorised participants can connect.
- Sketch boards are collaborative drawing canvases tied to a call session. Only call participants (or project members for project calls) can read and write to a board.
- You may not draw or share content on a sketch board that violates these Terms (e.g., offensive imagery, CSAM, or intellectual property infringement).
- Sketch board data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database and is accessible only to authorised call participants.
Nova AI Assistant
Golex includes Nova, an AI-powered assistant available within the application. Nova has access to limited, screen-relevant context to assist you; it does not have access to your private DMs, block list, or payment information.
- Nova is provided as an assistive feature. You may not attempt to use Nova to generate content that violates these Terms, including harmful, illegal, or harassing content.
- You may not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or otherwise circumvent Nova's intended behaviour or safety measures.
- Nova is subject to per-user cooldown periods enforced to prevent excessive API usage. Attempting to bypass these limits is prohibited.
Nova's responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for how you use Nova's output. Golex makes no warranty that Nova's responses are correct, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
localStorage. No Nova conversation history is retained by Golex beyond the current session.
Golex Pro & Payments
Golex offers a paid subscription tier called Golex Pro, which unlocks additional features and benefits on the platform. Pro status is processed via Cashfree as our payment provider.

- Golex Pro is a subscription service. Pricing and billing periods are displayed at the point of purchase.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree. By subscribing, you agree to Cashfree's terms and payment policies.
- Your Pro status expires at the
proExpirytimestamp. Golex does not automatically renew subscriptions unless that feature is explicitly offered at checkout.
All Golex Pro purchases are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refund, partial refund, credit, or exchange will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is absolute — we do not evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Refund Policy in full.
isPro or proExpiry fields — or to otherwise obtain Pro status without going through the verified payment flow — is a critical violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account termination.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change the pricing of Golex Pro at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any material changes before their next billing cycle.
Points & Leaderboard
Golex features a points system and public leaderboard that recognises active and valuable contributors on the platform. Points are earned through legitimate in-app activity such as posting, collaborating, and engaging constructively with the community.
- Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other compensation.
- Points may only be written by you to your own account, subject to validation rules enforced by Firebase Security Rules. No user can write points to another user's account.
- Any attempt to artificially inflate your points — including exploiting API access, coordinating with others, or using scripts — is a violation of these Terms and will result in a points reset and potential account suspension.
- Golex reserves the right to adjust, reset, or remove points at any time for any reason, including to correct errors or address abuse.
- Leaderboard rankings are calculated from the points field and are publicly visible to all authenticated users.
Termination & Account Suspension
Golex administrators reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from within the Golex application. Upon deletion, your profile node and associated personal data will be removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some content you have shared — such as community posts visible to others — may be retained in an anonymised or dissociated form.
- Upon termination, your right to access and use Golex ceases immediately.
- Any active Golex Pro subscription will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 12, and 13) will continue to apply.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Golex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snaplyn disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- Golex will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
- Any defects or errors will be corrected.
- The content or information available on Golex is accurate, complete, or up to date.
- Nova AI responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snaplyn and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, Golex or any of its features.
- Any content posted by other users or third parties on Golex.
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Any collaboration, dispute, or agreement formed through Golex's Projects or Work Ads features.
- Any AI-generated content produced by Nova.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Snaplyn for Golex Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snaplyn is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you have a concern or dispute with us, we encourage you to first contact us at support@axikora.me to attempt an informal resolution. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving your message.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Snaplyn's home jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Snaplyn.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Snaplyn on Golex, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snaplyn with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Post an in-app notification to all users via the Golex notification system.
- For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, send an email notice to your registered address.
Continued use of Golex after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Golex and may delete your account before the effective date.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the most recent revision.
